Our Culture

  • 01Company Housing

    After one year of employment, employees renting a residence may apply for our company housing program while remaining in their current home. For single employees: 10,000 JPY/month (under 3 years), 20,000 JPY/month (3 years or more). For married employees: 20,000 JPY/month (under 3 years), 40,000 JPY/month (3 years or more). Half of the rent is subsidized as company housing, reducing the rent burden on employees. The program applies up to age 35, after which employees may continue living in the property under their own name. (Subject to company housing regulations and lease terms.)

  • 02Family Allowance

    A family allowance of 3,000 JPY per dependent child is provided until the child reaches 18 years of age.

  • 03Paternity Leave

    While maternity leave is common, we actively encourage male employees to take paternity leave as well. Current employees have already taken paternity leave, so you can take it with confidence.

  • 04Childcare Leave

    Regardless of gender, employees who are raising children while working can take up to 5 days per year as paid childcare leave, separate from annual paid leave. This can be taken by the hour, even on the day itself, for situations such as vaccinations or picking up a child from daycare due to fever—making it easy for parents of young children to work with peace of mind.

  • 05Book Purchase Support

    The company covers up to 10,000 JPY per person per year for book purchases to support the acquisition of skills and knowledge.
